Welcome to Bin Bandits LLC ("Bin Bandits," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our garbage bin cleaning, pressure washing, and related services.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Bin Bandits LLC provides waste bin cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Garbage and trash bin cleaning
• Recycling bin cleaning
• Exterior pressure washing
• Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
• Patio and concrete cleaning
• Other exterior cleaning services offered by Bin Bandits

The specific services, pricing, frequency, and scope of work will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of booking.

Bin Bandits LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when conditions make the requested work unsafe, impractical, or unsuitable for our equipment or personnel.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes may be provided through our website, by telephone, text message, email, in person, or through another communication method.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the condition, size, quantity, and accessibility of the items or areas to be cleaned.

Additional charges may apply if:

• The actual condition substantially differs from the information provided when booking.
• Additional services are requested.
• There is excessive buildup, grease, animal waste, hazardous material, or other unusual contamination.
• Additional time, labor, equipment, or treatment is reasonably necessary.
• The customer requests work outside the originally agreed scope.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant additional charges before performing additional work.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and service information when scheduling.

Customers must ensure that the property and items being serviced are accessible at the scheduled time.

For waste-bin cleaning, customers should place their bins in an accessible location as instructed by Bin Bandits LLC. If bins are inaccessible, blocked, locked, behind a gate, inside a structure, or otherwise unavailable, we may be unable to provide service.

If we are unable to complete a scheduled service because the customer did not provide reasonable access, the appointment will be rescheduled subject to availability. Cancellation fees may apply.

If we need to return to finish a multiple-bin service due to non-synced waste pickup days, an additional fee in the amount of $5.00 will apply.

4. Garbage Bin Cleaning Requirements

Customers are required to empty their waste bins before each cleaning service, if waste bins have contents present on service day the customer will be responsible for a fee in the amount of the full-service charge..

Bin Bandits LLC is not responsible for items, materials, or personal property accidentally left inside a bin.

We may refuse to clean a bin containing materials that present an unreasonable health, environmental, or safety risk.

Examples may include:

• Chemicals or hazardous substances
• Needles or sharps
• Human waste
• Large amounts of animal waste
• Flammable materials
• Unknown hazardous substances
• Other materials that our employees reasonably believe could create an unsafe working condition

We reserve the right to refuse service when cleaning a bin would create an unreasonable risk to our employees, customers, equipment, or the environment. If waste bins present any of these previously stated risks on service day the customer will be responsible for the fee in the amount of the full service charge.

5. Pressure-Washing Services

Pressure washing can affect certain surfaces, coatings, paint, sealants, wood, concrete, stone, siding, screens, windows, landscaping, and other materials.

Although we use reasonable care and appropriate techniques, Bin Bandits LLC cannot guarantee that every surface will respond identically to pressure washing or cleaning treatments.

Customers are responsible for informing us before service of any known:

• Cracks
• Existing damage
• Loose materials
• Defective surfaces
• Recently painted or sealed areas
• Delicate surfaces
• Known water intrusion
• Other conditions that could affect the service

We may decline to clean a surface if we reasonably believe the requested service could cause damage or create an unsafe condition.

6. Existing Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions

Bin Bandits LLC is not responsible for damage that existed before our service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cracked concrete
• Loose or damaged siding
• Peeling paint
• Failing sealants
• Loose pavers
• Deteriorated wood
• Existing stains
• Structural defects
• Weak or damaged fences
• Damaged outdoor fixtures
• Existing leaks or water intrusion

Cleaning may make pre-existing damage or deterioration more visible.

7. Cleaning Results

Cleaning services are intended to improve the appearance and cleanliness of the serviced area or item.

However, Bin Bandits LLC does not guarantee complete removal of every stain, discoloration, odor, mold-like growth, rust mark, oil stain, tire mark, or other contaminant.

Some stains and discoloration may be permanent or may require specialized treatment beyond the scope of the services purchased.

We do not guarantee that a surface or waste bin will look "like new" after cleaning.

8. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Bin Bandits LLC may postpone, reschedule, or cancel services because of weather or other environmental conditions.

Conditions may include:

• Heavy rain or flooding
• Freezing temperatures
• Snow or ice
• High winds
• Lightning
• Extreme heat
• Unsafe driving conditions
• Other conditions that could make the work unsafe or substantially affect the quality of the service

When reasonably possible, we will contact the customer to reschedule.

Weather-related cancellations initiated by Bin Bandits LLC will be rescheduled without a cancellation fee.

9. Customer Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Customers may contact Bin Bandits LLC to cancel or reschedule a service.

Cancellations for waste bin services are required no less than 24 hours prior to service day, if less than 24 hour notice the customer will be charged the full-service amount.

Cancellations for specialized services, such as pressure washing, are required no less than 48 hours prior to service day. If less than 48 hour notice, a 10% cancellation fee of the quoted service price will apply.

Cancellation fees will apply when our service provider has already incurred costs or traveled to the property, and service is unable to be provided.

When rescheduling regardless of your newly rescheduled date, the remaining service months for subscribed customers will continue to stay on the original service schedule.

When rescheduling one time or specialized services rescheduling will be provided subject to availability.

If for any reason your waste service pick-up cancels, please let us know, and we will reschedule free of charge.

10. Recurring Services

If you enroll in a recurring waste bin service, you authorize Bin Bandits LLC to provide services according to the selected service schedule.

Recurring services may continue until canceled in accordance with our cancellation procedures.

Pricing for recurring services may change from time to time. We will provide notice of material pricing changes when required by applicable law.

11. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking or service.

We may accept payment through credit card, debit card, and electronic payment for recurring services.

We may accept additional methods such as cash, or other payment methods we make available for additional services.

If payment is declined or not received when due, Bin Bandits may suspend or cancel future services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

On additional service jobs that amount to $500.00 or more require a 25% non-refundable down payment that will apply towards the service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

12. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas, bins, or property scheduled for service.

If access requires a gate code, key, special instructions, or other information, the customer must provide that information before the appointment.

Customers are required to secure pets and take reasonable precautions to ensure that our employees can safely access the service area.

13. Water and Electricity

Depending on the service, Bin Bandits LLC may require reasonable access to an outdoor water source or electrical outlet.

If a water or electrical source is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that it is available and operational unless otherwise agreed.

Bin Bandits LLC is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing, electrical, hose bib, outlet, or utility problems.

14. Hazardous Conditions

For the safety of our employees and customers, Bin Bandits LLC may refuse or stop service if we encounter an unsafe condition.

This may include but is not limited to:

• Aggressive or unsecured animals
• Hazardous chemicals
• Exposed electrical hazards
• Needles or sharps
• Dangerous structural conditions
• Unsafe access areas
• Excessive biohazardous material
• Severe pest infestations
• Other conditions presenting a significant safety risk

If service cannot reasonably be completed because of an unsafe condition, applicable charges may still apply for work already performed or for costs reasonably incurred.

15. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking services.
• Provide reasonable access to the service location.
• Inform Bin Bandits LLC about known hazards or unusual conditions.
• Secure pets and animals.
• Remove fragile or valuable items from areas being cleaned.
• Inform us of known surface defects or damage.
• Pay all amounts due under the agreed service terms.
• Follow reasonable instructions provided by Bin Bandits LLC regarding preparation for service.

16. Damage Claims

If you believe Bin Bandits LLC caused damage to your property, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after the service and provide photographs or other information that may help us investigate the claim.

We will review legitimate damage claims in good faith.

To the extent permitted by law, Bin Bandits LLC will not be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective materials, improper installation, deterioration, hidden defects, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bin Bandits LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a particular service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Bin Bandits LLC for the specific service, giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bin Bandits LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your failure to provide safe and reasonable access
• Your failure to disclose known hazards or conditions
• Your misuse of our services
• Your negligent or unlawful conduct

19. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with website operation or security.
• Introduce malicious software or code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
• Use automated systems to improperly access or collect information from the website.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website, or systems.

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on our website, including our name, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, and other materials, belongs to Bin Bandits LLC or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission.

21. Photos and Marketing

Bin Bandits LLC may take photographs of completed work for documentation, quality-control, or marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally publish identifiable personal information, license plates, or other sensitive information without appropriate permission.

If you have concerns about a photograph being used for marketing, please contact us.

22. Third-Party Services

Our website or booking process may use third-party services for payment processing, scheduling, communications, analytics, advertising, mapping, or other business functions.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' separate terms and privacy policies.

Bin Bandits LLC is not responsible for the policies or practices of independent third-party service providers.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bin Bandits LLC makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted website availability or that every cleaning service will produce a particular cosmetic result.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Bin Bandits LLC, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith.

Before pursuing formal legal action, the party raising the dispute should provide written notice describing the issue and the requested resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or pursuing rights that cannot legally be waived.

25. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any applicable laws governing venue or dispute resolution.

26. Changes to These Terms

Bin Bandits LLC in Washington State reserves the right to update this Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business, technology, legal requirements, or term and conditions.

When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the most current version.

27. Severability

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written agreement between you and Bin Bandits LLC, constitute the agreement between you and Bin Bandits LLC regarding the applicable services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
